Challenge
(01)
Mastercard Foundation’s internal onboarding program, Mawuya, is critical for introducing new employees to the organization’s mission, values, and culture. Through this program, employees also have an opportunity to experience Mawuya Reconnect, an in-person experience designed to help employees reflect, strengthen connections, and realign with the organization’s purpose. Haft2 was engaged to develop a visual identity that would feel vibrant and engaging, while aligning with the Mastercard Foundation’s Brand Architecture and Brand Guidelines.

The design system incorporated photography, event materials, and branded touchpoints, including presentation templates, certificates, journals, signage, and name badges.
