Mastercard Foundation – SoFI 2017

The 2017 Symposium on Financial Inclusion (SoFI) was the fifth and final symposium hosted by the Mastercard Foundation on the theme of client centricity. Haft2 was engaged to create fresh, new event materials and stage design for a large presentation space.

Haft2 designed an event environment that truly put clients front and centre. Five photographs showing clients in situations demonstrating financial inclusion were used as hero images and were incorporated into the design of the 120′ stage. Event materials included complete integration of print, digital, and environmental mediums, with a print and digital agenda, vinyl door clings, media kit, nametags, pull-up banners, and graphic and photographic stage design.

The design and event materials set the tone for the 2017 Symposium attendees who came together to reflect on their progress on financial inclusion and explore future challenges and opportunities. SoFI 2017 was deemed a great success by the Mastercard Foundation.

Inspired by the natural colour palette of Africa, Haft2 used colours and photography to compliment the Mastercard Foundation brand for the 2017 conference.
